Is it normal to wish there is a 'what if' machine

I don't want to die yet but I wish there is a 'what if' kind of machine that could show me how people around who know me would react if I died. If I actually died, I wouldn't get to see how they actually react over my death isn't it?

I want to witness who will cry or celebrate over my death. People will show their true feelings towards you when they're looking at your corpse. To reiterate, I want to see their genuine reactions over my death without me actually dying.

I came in here eager to know more about the 'what if' machine! But then, meh... what a silly use of such an ingenious machine.

this is sad. stop trying to look through others' eyes and look through your own. life is too finite to spend it doting on death and snakes

I agree with LornaMae.. If such a thing existed, it could prevent wars and do so much good, above and beyond just seeing how ppl would react to your death.

I wonder what the world would be like if all humans could fly, even babies so no flying up and dropping babies.

Theres been a few crazy narcissist that have faked their death just to see how the funeral went.

If I had a what if machine I would use it to make alternate reality tv. That interdimensional cable would be a hit.

Would want to see the shenanigans of the corn people.

I don't think anyone would know if I died, because I have been isolating myself a lot in the past ten years. I think only my family would know if I dropped dead tomorrow.
