For example, a male may dress in feminine garb (e.g., bra, panties, slips, etc.). They can fantasize about being female. Some will go out in public so dressed, to enhance the fantasy. Some may even attempt to connect with a male to serve as the "significant other" and act out sexually in the role they've assumed.
