Is it normal to wear tacky things on purpose?

I dress like a grandma. I like ankle length skirts, huge earrings, and blue eye shadow. I know I look tacky, but I don't care. Anyone else do this?

    I wear ankle length skirts, wear bold earrings, only apply a little bit of mascara and I know I look tacky and I don't care.

    Sometimes I wear tacky stuff just to piss off the people that try to dictate what I wear. It's kind of funny seeing them get so offended and teary eyed over something that shouldn't bother them. lol
