My girlfriend wears a shower cap on days she doesn't wash her hair (every other day). She is 27 years old. She says it's great. I say it's great if you're 65 years old. Is it normal to wear a shower cap at 27?

    Why should a shower cap have an age limit? Her hair will be healthier if she doesn't wash it every day. I've worn shower caps for a long time. I don't always want to wash my hair or get it wet, and it saves a lot of money on hair products.

    Yes, why wouldn't it be normal? It is great! Your hair stays dry! Long wet hair is such a hassle. You'd appreciate shower caps more if you were a girl. Or a wizard.
