Is it normal to want to punch people in the face for not cleaning their mess

So, I have a house mate who never puts bleach around the toilet after doing their business, never sprays to get rid of the smell, no sorry STENCH, and NEVER rinses the bath out after shower/bath. Wouldnt mind if he cleaned the bathroom but its always left to me. is it normal to want to punch him in the face or smother him in the night (not that I would)

    His mother probably cleaned up after him all his life and he doesn't see why he should start now. A lot of people are very entitled you know.
    Hire a maid service and send the bill to him maybe that would make him a bit more inclined to clean.
