Oh god I love this. I had the worst high school experience, it was a terrible catholic school full of total assholes. When I went back to town for Christmas, I saw those people for the first time in several years and I was genuinely giddy to tell them how my life is going and how I'm doing so many great things. I didn't ask them about their lives and played it cool. It was immature of me, but it was a form of closure. Especially when several of the guys asked me on a date. I blew them off. Do it.
