So sometimes im in the back seats of a car and just wonder about jumping out of it as its moving. I dont wanna die, its just like a feeling.

That kind of thinking is common enough in humans for them to put child safety locks for the ones who aren't old enough to know better. Normal.
If there is pads set up and or youe moving slow ebough you should be alright.
I used to want to jump out of the front passenger side of the car when I was still with my ex-boyfriend, and he would be screaming at me. I also used to actively wish that he'd get laryngitis whenever he was screaming like that.
I would rather think that it's not normal for want to jump out of a moving car.
