Is it normal to want to have sex with girls when you are around a lot of girls?

I'm 18 and I moved to a small town in sixth grade, and since then have accumulated only a few guy friends. All the boys here either have a girlfriend or are a jerk. I go to an all girls boarding school, and my best friend and roommate is gay. I know I like boys, but sometimes when I'm lonely and/or sexual frustrated I fool around with her in bed. We never look at each other and every time she tries to touch me "down there", nothing happens to me. It's only happened a handful of times. I've only had two boyfriends before, and neither were serious.
Is it normal to want to fool around with her because there are no boys around?

    Its normal to want to play or touch someone that has the same parts and can understand you. I once did a few things with a cousin in my younger days you eventually grow out of it.
