I have actually heard of this. There are online forums dedicated to those who want to catch stds, usually the gay community. I guess some people have the attitude that they are going to contract hiv anyways because of their repeated risky behaviors. They call themselves germ seekers. Weird.
Now that is seriously weird - how self-destructive can some people be?
I knew there were forums for people who've tested positive to HIV meet up with other HIV positive people for sex and that sort of make sense, except of course having HIV doesn't preclude having other STD's as well
