I don't like Myspace or Facebook. They try to be all-encompassing. When you split down the various components and let other people do them individually, it works out better. Gmail/Hotmail/Yahoo for email. Twitter for status updates. Flickr for photos. DeviantArt for art in general. LiveJournal for longer posts and Youtube for video. Individually, I've used all of those (and other sites besides). All I've got on Myspace or Facebook is a few bits and bats.
