Yes, it's quite normal. And sometimes it's the other way around, I'm a man and I love it when a woman dominates me (but not too much)... holding me tight in certain very specialized confining & restraining ways while I squirm & struggle but can't get away from her, etc.

Nothing abnormal here. In my experience women usually like it rougher rather than gentle. So have fun and remember to use a safe word just in case ;)
