I’m huge into AC/DC, GnR, queen, Metallica, even some Alternative stuff when I’m up to it. I love that music. It’s not all the same. It’s out in public that I have to listen to the sounds my generation calls “music”. And I can’t even tell the difference between most genres today. They’re all writen by two people. Lukasz Gottwald, and max Martin. The people who “sing” today don’t do anything except try to keep a pretty face and try to keep their fan base from finding out they’re all bulimic 40 year olds who just pretend they’re still eighteen. We don’t control the record labels anymore, they take all the risk out of bringing a new artist into the world because it cost around a million dollars to just put them out ther, so they MAKE us like them. They do this by putting the music and it’s “artist” in movies, magazines, ads, billboards, until your friends are playing it around the clock. By this point it’s your new favorite song. How many times has this happened to anyone. My guess is more then once. We don’t control them, they control us. Most people like this just to fit into a croud when they don’t realize it’s just little talent with a bunch of computers and fake shit.
IIN to want to ban literally every fake ass famous pop artist today?

I'd say it depends on the artist. There's a lot of popular music that's garbage, and a lot that has integrity.
