No, this is not normal. I see many people on the comment thread suggest that since it is a harmless fantasy that you are okay, but I would disagree. First of all, validation of these feelings may cause you to determine that it is okay to act upon them in the future (I don't know you personally so I couldn't say for sure). But more importantly, by sexualizing children and animals you are displaying a desire to be with individuals whose brain development does not allow for the sort of agency and consent that is mandatory amongst adults for a safe and healthy experience. We could argue that consent is a moral and thus fallible concept, but it is ultimately part of the social contract that allows any society to function. I would suggest taking to a professional. If you are worried about said professional taking legal action, perhaps you could explain your problem as the desire to sexualize those without power or agency instead of pedophilia or beastiality.
