Unfortunately we exist in a generation that prioritises self satisfaction through one-night-stands rather than the true fulfilment of purely loving and trusting another. You may struggle to find someone who shares your desires but I can assure you they exist and a time will come when you find yours :)

The desire is totally normal. In reality what you want is a relationship where you are free to tell your partner everything. In practice you don't tell them everything; but, they are free to ask any question. My wife and I have such a relationship. I have a currently platonic friendship with another lady where we can tell each other anything(40 years ongoing, we have romantically dated before).

I tell most people almost everything if they ask. But it doesn’t come from a good, trusting or honest place. It comes from not caring much about any opinion of me or my actions other than my own.

You don’t need to tell your partner everything. My boyfriend and I both have our own lives and don’t feel the need to reveal everything.

I certainly do. I was never sure if relationships like that ever really existed.
