      If she is not into it, it's not as fun for him. If everything in the marriage is fine except for mutual enjoyment of this fetish I see no reason why he shouldn't find someone who is able to step in and fill that void in his life. I doubt the vows said he couldn't pee on, or be peed on by other women.
