Is it normal to uncover yourself sleeping?

It's really annoying. I sleep with my tv on for sound/light, and my blinds pulled up partly so my dog can look outside (he'll tear them up if I don't). so when I toss and turn and end up uncovered I'm kind of lit up next to a window. It doesn't happen every night but a lot. Between this and being scared of sleeping naked and needing to evacuate, I started wearing a t-shirt .-.

but it doesnt cover much and it's embarrassing af when I wake up uncovered e_e

but does anyone else even deal with moving this much when they sleep?

I always sleep in the nude, and don't care if anyone sees me or not.

I was born naked and hope to go out naked... Not a big deal

It sounds like you're having a lot of distractions while you sleep. Can any of the sleeping arrangement be changed, as suggested maybe the dog can sleep elsewhere or some other change?

It would help with a lot of things. A ton of things. But he's used to sleeping there. I could maybe put him in a chair there and rearranged my room to move my bed so it doesn't matter if I toss and turn too much. Idk

It's normal to toss and turn. Sometimes normal to get uncovered. Probably not normal to leave blinds up when you do this. Might want to relocate your doggo.
