Is it normal to try not to think about something but it keeps popn up n ur head
Is it normal to think about something, and then your like Oh my god i cant believe I thought that! And then I try to forget that I thought whatever it was I thought but it keeps popping up in my head. And when I do finally forget about the whole thing, I think wait what was I trying to forget again? And then I remember again! Does this happen to anybody else? Thank you!
