Is it normal to tie myself up and take laxatives before?

I like to wait a day or two holding in my shit, until it gets real unconfortable. Then I eat a big meal with lots of fiber and take a shit ton of laxatives after. From there I bind my legs with rope and my hands with hand cuffs. I put the key to the handcuffs in an ice lock that takes about 4 hours to unlock at room temperature. I do this in my bathtub fully clothed and essentially force myself to shit, and then wallow in the remaining shit for several hours. It feels so gucking good and I don't know why! Surly I am not the only one who does this!!!

    If you take oral laxatives they wouldnt work that fast. If you took Suppository's they would act far to quick if you were holding in the poop at that point.

    Source I have a container of lqxatives just in case both oral and anal.
