Is it normal to think that your friends are always are you when your alone

I have plenty of friends and everything. But like when I'm driving or alone watching tv I feel like my friends are there and they are invisible watching me and judging me. Anyone else get this feeling ?

  • Yes. I constantly have their judgmental crap going through my head also. I need to get new tapes to run through my head.

  • That's not normal. That's paranoia.

  • Yes! It's way normal. Especially when I'm talking about someone. I always feel like they're listening and they know I'm talking about them. Whether it be good or bad.

    • I think the same way you do, like there are hidden cameras watching me, but not necessarily my friends. Boyfriend, girlfriend, family, friends, co-workers, creepy neighbors etc.

  • Paranoid and delusional much? Thats aimed at everyone above me ^^^^^^ and everyone below me vvvvvvvvvv that also believe that their friends suddenly become invisible and instead of doing something cool with that ability just decide to watch and judge how well somebody else is driving.
