Is it normal to think someone is into you because they let you touch their butt

As a bisexual guy, if in some place with people you know, some guy sometimes sits near or on you and gets really close to you, or puts their butt maybe near you somehow and doesn't move out of the way, are they possibly hitting on you? Also for example if you touch someone's butt or somewhere else on their body then they start getting closer to you, are they flirting with you?

    I would not make assumptions. There's other ways to tell if someone is flirting - like maybe just smiling at them, or them smiling at you. Don't make assumptions that an accidental move or incidental touching means anything. Hope this helps.
