God no, it shouldn't. Humans make mistakes. Sometimes they aren't a mistake in the persons pov, but even if you make it illegal, it won't stop it from happening. Yes, cheating is an awful thing for the person who has been cheated on, but we shouldn't control what people do with their sex life. As long as they are consenting adults, I don't think the government should have a say in that.
