It is impossible to disprove a false accusation like this. And, there are always plenty of false accusations. This causes excessive administrative expenses to the justice system. No-fault divorce is the best recourse for society.

If someone burgularizes someone's house, and then the person who got bulgularized sees someone who looks like the person who did it but who really didn't, the police will still take him in and only let him go if they then find further evidence proving that he didn't really do it.
