Each religion has its own set of laws. Each country should base their laws off of their religion. There should also be an aetheist country, which would likely highly resemble America. The laws would make much more sense if all the people under the laws had the same religion. It's not a stupid idea, you just don't think it would work.

As a guy who believes that the people should be divided up into religious countries, I'd say it should be against the law in some and not in others.
