    Nobody buys or owns a ranch without having means to protect livestock and most use dogs anyway.
    If there were fed intervention CC would require training and it would be the law if the land to carry, and not up to individual states who vary so greatly it’s absurd. Yet a farm kid who gets a license at 14 can drive in NYC where the driving age is 18. The outcome isn’t going to be good.

        I’m not assuming anything. We’re having a discussion on the hypothetical by typing over the internet which isn’t optimum to have an actual discussion.
        I get your points, but you don’t get mine or I’m doing a bad job.

          I will concede it is difficult to type out things that are easier to discuss face to face. My whole issue is that the actual threat of gun violence is far less than the media portrays. So I will end my rant with that.
