Is it normal to think like this?
I wouldn’t say I’m a rational thinker by any means, but sometimes I have this reoccurring thought,
“Do you ever think that maybe you’re not actually feeling the way you feel and you only think you do therefore you cause the pain and suffering?”
That everything is fabricated or made up — not real.
For example, are you actually (emotion; sad, happy, angry, etc) or are you just subconsciously sending some signals to your brain to make me you feel that way when your not?
