Only about 1.4% of whites in North America owned slaves, whereas 50% of Jews did. Who are the ones who are blaming whites for slavery in the media? Jews.

It's also worth mentioning that the slave trade hurt whites a lot due to the fact that land owners preferred to get black slaves who would work for free on the fields, leaving white workers without a job and income.

White workers who didn't own slaves benefited greatly from slavery, because they weren't at the bottom of the social ladder. They didn't lose a single job due to slavery. You're thinking of the modern xenophobic argument about Mexicans stealing jobs from Americans.
