Oh also, we hold ourselves back. I had braces and didnt date anyone while I had them, because I felt like no one would want me...even when guys asked me out, I'd back off or screw it up because I was so embarrassed. The day I got them off I met my bf of 4 years. Was it the reason i got a guy? No. He had known who I was before and always thought I was hot. It was my self confidence that got me the guy.
