My eyes are always dilated, even before I was prescribed medication. Also, I recently remembered my friend that gave me that 100 mg Focalin had social anxiety and ADHD. I think she took 2 different medications. I guess she no longer takes them anymore. She also seemed so used to the drug, because she doesn't even like me when I take Focalin, and she can talk to anyone with ease. We became friends about 3-4 years ago, and she always seemed relaxed and very social. In fact, I was surprised when she said she had social anxiety. I just want to take Focalin by itself, unless my psychiatrist prescribes other wise (like continue taking my Abilify, which doesn't have a strong effect like Focalin). However, if Focalin doesn't seem to be helping by the time I visit my psychiatrist afterwards (which I know is liable to happen, depending on), then I will ask him about the Ashwangandha and see if that helps.
