Try to keep all trouble at a distance.

Don't contact people who stress you and don't allow other people to suck you into conversations that badmouth other people.

Concentrate on yourself and what is truly important to you - the rest of the nonsense if just 'white noise'. You could also try yoga, or even tai bo.

i'm exactly the same, i have a panic disorder which you may have as i think it can be linked to depression. lots of people are worriers and some people just don't deal well with stress

As joybird says, keep everything at a distance. Nothing in life is as important as your happiness, and if something goes wrong that has, if you think about it, nothing to do with you really, you shouldn't care that much. I for example used to be really stressed about school, but about a year ago i figured that fininishing my school wouldn't make me happier. This idea took some of the stress away, and since then I'm actually getting better grades too.

You are probably just not happy with the way your life is. I was like you after I got divorced. Depressed and no patience for anything. Try to find new things to focus on. Rearrange you life, Helping other people makes me happier than anything and makes me feel useful too. That's what got me out of my depression. You could try multivitamins with ginseng too. When you are depressed you often don't eat well and deprive your body of the balance that it needs.
