Is it normal to starve yourself for days at a time?
is it normal to plan to starve yourself for a few days? i often eat when i'm anxious and whenever my weight fluctuates i starve myself for days at a time. whenever i can control my eating habits however, my eating is very normal. although, if i ever eat anything unhealthy, my self esteem plummets and i often eat more than usual a few days after my 'mistake'. does anyone else struggle with this?
