Is it normal to snapchat your best friend when you're shitting?

So my best friend and I Snapchat each other when we take shits. We don't show each other our shit or anything, but we announce that we are sitting on the toilet and taking a crap. Sometimes we'll go into detail about it too and describe how it's going. Anybody else do this? Is this normal?
