  • It's wear tear, osteoarthritis and bone spurs in the cervical spine(neck/upper spine). I hope I explained that okay. I just know I get pain In my upper back and sometimes it goes down to my shoulders, arms and hands, but I think that's also from myofascial pain.

    I wanna get one of those inversion table thingies so I can hang upside down and take pressure off my discs. I also think I should be taking glucosamine chondroitin, calcium and Omega 3 fish oil supplements, I think.

    • Krill oil is meant to be better than glucosamine, I think, but I can't remember where I heard that or if I made it up :/

      Careful with fish oil. Anything but the highehighest quality is basically useless. Its the EDA levels, I think. I can't remember. Need to see if I have a bottle at home still.
