Hope you have good insurance (or at least a job), because that baby may have health problems since you two are closely related (read about genetic diversity).
Anyway, wait until your next period, if it's more than a week late, take a pregnancy test or catch a bus to Planned Parenthood (they see underage girls without telling parents, no worries) and get a pregnancy test there. If you are pregnant, you can either keep, put up for adoption, or pay Planned Parenthood to abort (talk to the doctor there for more information).
