Is it normal to shake while stretching or exercising?

Every time I get closer to my feet while stretching, my whole legs go wild and shaky. Is this normal? P.s: Don't tell me to go see a doctor, because I will fix it myself if it's something to worry about.

  • No you shouldn't shake. It should ALWAYS be controlled, steady movements, whoever told you it's ok to shake has no clue what they're talking about.
