Is it normal to see a lookalike of someone i know then see them later on?

So sometimes when I'm out I will see someone who looks just like a person I know, then later on that day or just a few hours later, I'll see the actual person. (Sometimes I haven't seen or thought about that person in ages) this has happened a lot to me.
