Is it normal to say i love you during sex with someone you barely know?

I don't think it's normal. It makes me feel weird.

I was getting pounded by an older man. After the first round, while we were lounging and I was sitting on top of him, he said something like "I might just fall in love with you". Ok. great. thanks? Sometime later that night, while he's going balls deep in that shit, he started whispering "I love you" a few times over. Ok. So I am kind of thinking he is a creeper, or he is really lonely, because I've only known him for a week and he said that the second night we had sex. It's not like we've had time to talk or hangout. [he also invited me to europe?]

I think it's a red flag. He seems mild and harmless but the last time someone said that to me so early, they turned out to be BONKERS.

So how do people feel about iloveyous during sex? Personally I don't approve because people speak many falsities in the heat of the moment, they may later regret. I have done it too. besides, it's kind of corny, no?

    But, it would be normal if the two of you were in love. I don't see the harm in that..but since you two don't really know eachother well, I say you leave him alone.

        Me? Almost three weeks ago with my ex who is also my son's father. It was a mistake..now I'm back with the love of my life and couldn't be happier!

            :D thanks, well we were together when I was 15 and he was 16 and I was in love with him..but I guess he wasn't ready to settle down. Five years later, he's realized his mistake :}

              Dont you think that's a little quick considering you just got out of a relationship, when did you two start talking again? If you don't mind me asking? Because I made the same mistake.. Had twins (2 girls) Me and him broke up, well I more so, dated another guy right after.. That turned out bad.. Should have stayed with my "baby's daddy" he treated me right I just let my insecurities get the best of me :'(

        Some do, some don't. I am not sure that it is normal. I think more people don't than do.

    Maybe he was overwhelmed by positive emotions towards you (not a bad thing in my opinion) and he just wasn´t able to express it verbally in a more creative or exciting or intriguing way (not a bad thing either).
