She can't force you to do either: why not tell her you don't agree to either divorce or a chastity cage? Instead, offer her the option of marriage counselling for both of you as a couple. If she refuses that option you'll know she's just being vindictive and authoritarian and doesn't want to save the marriage anyway.
You may divorce in the end but given that she had sex with someone else she's not in a position to make such ridiculous rules now you've done the same thing.
