If I were in your shoes I would have left her after I found out about her sleeping with her boss.
If you don't want to divorce, don't wear the stupid chastity cage. Just tell her you're not wearing that stupid contraption, and if she attempts to get violent with you then call the cops, and press charges against her for spousal abuse. Get the best lawyer you can afford, divorce her crazy ass, and sue for sole custody of the kids.
Also don't cheat on her, or anyone, cheating is gross.
