Is it normal to restart my computer everytime this thing pops up?

Every time I get a "Internet Explorer stopped responding" message, I restart my computer because I don't want the thing to mess with my tabs anymore. It restarts the tabs I have up and it's really annoying because I could be doing or watching something else and I hear audio from the restarted tab. IIN? Does anyone else do this?

    Internet explorer used to always give me problems. I usually use either Firefox or Google Chrome now.

    WHY? Why do you use internet explorer? it is the WORST browser on the planet. not only is it slow and shitty, but it is also insanely hackable! if you want your online accounts to stay safe then switch to firefox or chrome or even opera although I am not sure if that runs on windows. And if you want to be a real badass then switch to linux.
