It's normal in that we all have feelings, and especially people with Borderline personality disorder tend to feel their feelings much more strongly than others. Borderline personality disorder is also known as EID, Emotional Intensity Disorder. I don't know anything about the sociopathic tendencies, but that certainly doesn't sound very good.
Please try to remember that feelings aren't facts, and that just because you think or feel something doesn't necessarily make it true or real. People with Borderline personality Disorder tend to be sensitive to their own adrenaline so keep that in mind. Logic and reason would dictate that people wouldn't want to spend much time with someone who's troublesome and treats them badly.
I highly recommend that you find someone who specializes in treating BPD, especially if they use a type of cognitive behavioral therapy known as Dialectic Behavioral Therapy.
On one hand I'd like to get therapy if only so that I can gain stability and independence. On the other hand, I am so lost and empty inside, I have no idea who I am. I don't know if there is a real person inside of me. I don't know what feelings and desires are real, if any, because I am acting all the time and often when I recall events or emotional outbursts I see it as happening in a different dimension or lifetime. I don't know how to describe it very well. I suppose I am saying I have no substance that I can discern.
IIN to resent people for avoiding me even though they should?
