and refrain from applying to financial aid ,issuing a driver license health insurance state id because i have name error in my green card ,social card, and they put my middle name a long with my first name so now my name has changed and they said the only way to change it throw the court ,what should i do in your opinion

    Try to get the mistake fixed so you can start getting benefits. If you are able to work then you should also try to get a job.

    Just use the name that they put on there, start getting your benefits and license and fix the error later on. No reason to sit there in poverty with your thumb up your ass over a little mistake. You're not doing anything wrong since it was their mistake...I mean, it's not fraud on your part. If it's just a small mistake or something that doesn't bother you much, then why even bother fixing it?
