Mmm I would say not normal because no people dont just drive down the road having sex.
A bj would be too destracting for my bf so i dont give him one in the car...however i have unbuttoned his pants and got him excited with my hand...maybe at a stop light and stuff...in antisipation for what will happen when we get home.
I wouldnt want to be too distracting while he is driving because it is dangerous.
