Is it normal to randomly hate your friend even if they've done nothing wrong?

Is it normal that for no reason, out of the blue, for maybe just one day, you start getting irritated by your friend? they're doing nothing different and all the things that would usually make you laugh just make you want to punch them? okay, well maybe not punch, but at least give a glaring look of distaste. It's not like i'm just in a generally bad mood because i can still have a laugh with other people. It's like an enemy of the day kind of thing. I realise it sounds horrid... :p

Country Roads is right. You either need more friends or more time alone. "It's natures way of telling you somethings wrong."

My best friend did this to me.
And all if her best friends that came before me.
But she seemed to have a back up in line everytime she did it.
She would find some sort of flaw or characteristic in the person's personality (mine included) that she had some distaste with.
Subsequently, she would gradually stop communication and initiate shit talk.

Sounds like you need to give yourself some space from this person for a while. It tends to happen if you see this person really often...kind of like you're burnt out on them.
