These days? Disgustingly sexual? The way you describe the things in your post suggests that you have an extremely warped and delusional view of other people and the world at large. You obviously need to get some help. I would suggest speaking with a counselor that does not have the capability to prescribe meds (because that will at best not solve anything and at worse exacerbate the problem) so that you can talk through why you feel this way.
