I remember going through a brief phase of doing this when I was in grade school (although I didn't actually moosh it in my fingers), but I stopped being curious after a couple of months.
By the way, if your poop is so solid that you can scrape it with your fingernail, that suggests you could probably do with more fibre in your diet and you might be under-hydrated.
