Your president is only a figure head and has no real power, that is in the hands of the large corporations and they dictate what the president does.
If the president doesn't do what he is told, he will end up dead.
I'm voting. A vote for no-one is a vote for the enemy. I find the whole "it doesn't matter we're all fucked, sheeple" philosophy is really pessimistic where it ought to be pivotal. A leader can always cause the next revolution. It's history, both ancient and recent. Go back to late 1930s Germany and tell them that it doesn't matter who they elect.

Similar situation but not quite as pronounced. We in Canada are so tied to the U.S.A that even our politics gets affected.

You have to take a chance. Trump is different! When at ALL in politics has ANYONE come off like Trump?
NEVER! Trump is like the only person ever to break the political sleep pattern that you get from politics.
He is definately different.
Thats true, Ive thought of that myself, but with secret service protecting him, he'll have more chance of being kept safe.
No matter what though, Trump is inspiring people to have more hope for America. Something that America could use.

I see both sides to this. At one point, I agree that if ALL the candidates were like Hillary Clinton, then I wouldnt be voting either lol
But Trump is different, and he's not like the rest.
