The reason I think this is wrong is that this is not going to be a healthy relationship. A 22 yo can be destructive too, but at least there they can relate to each other. Since they're close to the same age, they see the world in a similar light and share similar experiences growing up.
A 40 something dating a 19 yo can only mean he wants some fresh pussy. What do I think is so dangerous about these men? They're using girls for sex only. If the guy wanted someone "emotionally mature" he'd date someone in his own generation. Chasing girls that are young enough to be your daughter makes you a pervert, plain and simple.
