I've known him for years, and I never really done this much. Since its 2017, he has gotten into text abbreviations a lot. Just a few days ago, he texted me :: I searched the Internet countless times and found nothing. Is it weird to always care about small things that don't matter? And would anyone, if possible, tell me what :: means?

    Honestly, I hate text speak, but I looked it up, and found nothing. Maybe it was just a typo? Yanno, you could always just ask him.

    Yes it's normal. Until you come across bad behavior:/ then you might get creeped out
