Is it normal to not remember a song's name?

When a friend asks me to guess a song and they play a song I've listened to a million times, I'm never able to remember its name, or even the band and artist name. Someone played Rick Astley and I didn't recognize it. I'm probably just retarded.

    I wouldn't have that problem with 90's music, but I couldn't identify most of today's garbage to save my life.
