Is it normal to not have any if you don't have any feeling in your nipples?

I don't know when I lost it or if I even had feelings in my nipples ever.
Recently I started fucking this guy and his nipples are super sensitive.
I'm jealous...

Is this normal? and If it isn't is there any way to fix it?
